Arthur held the prince's hand tightly as he was forced to introduce himself, hiding a little bit behind Alfred. "I'm Awthuw of Spadws. Nice to meet yow. . ." He held out the hand that wasn't occupied for a hand shake, assessing the other boy who shared his name and looks.

Everyone seemed to have their own little groups, as usual. Usually Arthur would either sit with the other kid who liked to read, sit somewhere by himself practicing or be nosy of what others were doing.

He didn't wish to interrupt any of the others today, even though he still took note of what was going on. The one the prince called his future wife (what was that anyway? Did he have a wife as well? He wanted one!) was following him as always. The little demon wasn't causing mischief like he thought he would.

"Ow well!" He shrugged, grabbing his favourite unicorn plushie from the box. "Today, Mr. Unicown. You will fwy!" He said, concentrating on the plushie. A comical frown appearing on his face as he did. But, Mr. Unicorn did not fly. The wings on the plushie moved very slowly. But that was all. "No fwair!"

Arthur smiled happily when the Prince's companion, who looked a lot like himself, greeted him as well. He took his hand gently and blushed a little.
"I-i'ts a pewasua (pleasure) to mweet you, ya mawjesties." He greeted as politely as possible. His mother had always told him to be very polite to others especially when you just met them so he gave it his all to remember the difficult words she'd tried to teach him.

After promising he would be careful with the hat, Alfred beamed as it was passed to him. He immediately put it on his head. It was a bit too big on him (although not as big as it was on the privateer since Alfred was a bit bigger than him). But Alfred had still found it totally cool. He looked up,beaming, but he could see the other two slowly moving away, the little demon fingering the coat of the privateer and the privateer looking something between shocked and annoyed. Not wanting to be left alone, Alfred quickly went after them and gave the privateer his hat back with a smile.

"Thank you, it was vewy coow!" Alfred said.

He looked at the demon still clutching the privateer's coat.

"Why aw you howdin his cwoat?" Alfred asked, confused.

At first, the little Privateer was annoyed that the little Demon was clinging onto his coat. However... the other was so small and looked rather nervous, it ended up melting Arthur's heart a bit. After all, the little Demon wasn't doing anything to hurt Arthur and the coat, so he really couldn't hold it against the little one. With a bit of a smile, the little Privateer patted the other on the head and said, "If you want to howd mah coat tails, you can be mah fiwst mate!" Sir Alexander would make a good second mate anyways.

When his hat was returned, the little Privateer smiled at the Werewolf. "Thank you," he said before putting his hat back on his head. He really did love the hat. "An' you can be mah boatswain! Dat way we can all be pwivateers! But I'm da captain!" Of course, he needed more crewmembers, but was wary of talking to the other kids. What if they glared at him? He didn't want them to say mean things about him either.

The little Privateer had to admit that he was pleased that some of the kids had accepted him. He wanted to hug them, but he wasn't sure it was proper for him to do so. Instead, he fidgeted a bit more.

Little Demon was embarrassed. Already he was smaller than the other two, and now he had to admit that he missed home, especially his blanket. He looked at his new friend Wolfie, obviously ashamed, "it fweels like mah blankie," he confessed, tiny tears pooling near the corner of his eyes. He was sure Wolfie wasn't really judging him, but already the tiny sobs were threatening to come.

But then he felt a hand caress his hair, and he blinked.

Little Demon stared up at Lord Kirkland, appreciating the pat, especially since the privateer (what was the difference between that and a pirate...? Little Demon was not sure...) had been kind enough as to avoid his stubby budding horns. "Fiwst mate?" he questioned before nodding with a big, bright smile, "okway! I will howd your coat tails!"

But already as Little Demon was promising to hold onto that coat tail, which certainly did feel much like his blanket, his wandering little eye was already settling on a boy that looked very much like the pirate wearing a black cloak. Now that really looked like his blanket. So without letting go of the privateer's coat, he began to tug Lord Kirkland with him, blue eyes shining brightly.

Not that the privateer was willing to move, so there was Little Demon's problem. He was stuck. In such a situation, he did the next best thing and cleared his throat, yelling out at the boy with the wizard cloak.

"Hewwo! Is your pwushie fwying?"

He was still concentrating very hard on the unicorn plushie... trying to make it float or fly. But the wings only kept moving slowly. He huffed, his face turning a little red.

He then heard a voice yelling to him, from not too far away. The magic practice temporarily forgotten and the plushie wings stopped moving, he looked to where the voice came from. It was the little demon of the group, he had his attention on the no longer moving plushie.

Arthur blushed a little as he held onto the little plushie. "H-Hewwo! Um.. no. He's not fwying. I'm just pwacticing! He will fwy though!" He was sure of it.
